I don't tend to write 'newsy' posts, but when it involves The Hunger Games Trilogy I think y'all will understand if I break with protocol. Because: book three details! We have a title! And a US cover!In the UK, the third instalment of Suzanne Collins' trilogy will be published on the 24th August 2010 and will be titled The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.
Awesome title, and I'm thrilled that there'll be a simultaneous UK and US release.
So... what do we all think of the US cover? I'm loving it, and of course I'm bubbling over with excitement about what the UK cover will look like. Any predictions? Feel free to share.

About the release dates though: it says on Amazon and Goddreads that it'll be released over here on August 2nd not 24th. A typo, maybe?
*Hangs head in shame* I still haven't read Catching Fire. I'm not into the whole blueness of the cover...wonder what ours will look like!
I'm with Becky, I've not yet read Catching Fire (though it's on it's way!), so I won't make any predictions about what the UK cover will look like.
I do like the US one though! I might have preferred a darker blue, but nevermind. It's much better than their CF cover, I can't stand orange. ut it's all great news!
